We have recently seen a rise in fraudulent communications, service listing on 3rd-party platforms (Fivvr, Freelancer.com, and more), and phishing emails targeting our customers. These bad actors often claim to be representatives from Ezoic and often request “fees” or “charges”.
Ezoic representatives will never contact you to request any fees or payments. Any payments or associated plans with your Ezoic account can always be managed from your dashboard by logging in from our website and should never be sent to 3rd-parties.
Ezoic does not offer any services or conduct any form of business on 3rd-party marketplaces or platforms. If you a listing or are contacted by someone from these marketplaces or platforms, please submit the information directly to those platforms’ anti-spam and legal departments. While Ezoic has put forth our own legal effort to ensure these platforms protect their customers from bad actors, these scams and instances of fraud still exist on their platforms.
